    I'm back again, after many failed attempts to give up gambling. Well here's another attempt. I'm on my 4th day which I can usually go well till the week mark which is pay day. Then I screw it all up again.

    Here's hoping I can have the willpower to not this pay day. I hope by posting here it will somewhat help me stop.

    Happy to say I made it bet free on pay day. Now here's to getting thru the weekend.

    Well done on getting through pay day without any bets @redman47 . Have you got any strategies in mind that will help you get through the weekend? What are some of the things that have helped you get through this pay day? What things are you doing to keep yourself busy?
