    Hello my name is allan i have a gambling problem, i always thought i didnt but now i do. As soon as i get my pay spend i spend it on the tab. I have put myself in so much debt now with payday loans and family. I am now hiding from family and freinds because of this. I need help.

    Thanks for sharing this Allan. The secrecy that sometimes accompanies gambling strikes me as very painful and powerful too. It seems like a real trap...often to make changes you need support, acceptance and encouragement from others and I can imagine then that secrecy can lead to feeling trapped and alone with the problem. I know this is really common though.... I'd be curious to hear other peoples experience with gambling and secrecy...
