39 days of not playing the pokers. Some days tougher. Feeling bored today. Not happy with my life. Know however I am where I am because of my gambling so staying strong. One day at a time, recovery, and building life. Feel I am still waiting for something to happen, sad today. COVID hasn’t helped as do love to travel. Soon this will b possible.

Re: Starting 100 day challenge - 2nd day
43 days poke free. Feeling sad. Know this is the time to do life differently. It’s helpful I have a friend I can chat to, she is non judgmental as she has been through her own journey with alcohol. The gambling so took away so much. Here I am now because of it. Meditate. Hydrating with a 7 day water challenge; making me feel different and bringing up the sadness because body clearing out. It’s great though slows everything down, mindful of me, how is coming up, make some goals towards my new way of being.
