    Threw referal from gambling support councillor to financial councillor. I will call the number thankyou.

    I am actually happy to get it out really. I didnt deal with it at all i didnt share anything with my friends buried myself in my work and got into this rut. I think its good to realise the hurt you didnt know was there. I want to get back to the person i know and love and need to let it go and get on with my life.
