give self-exclusion a go...it worked for me

What are some strategies when trying to quit or cut down? What works for you?

Sounds like you are in a difficult space at the moment. It sounds quite overwhelming, the frustration you are experiencing. I agree with you - self exclusion can be helpful, but other forms of support are important too.

Do you have support? What do you find helpful in tackling your urges when they come?

I would also suggest that anytime you need to talk to someone you can call Gambler's Helpline on 1800 858 858, or chat to an online counsellor as well.

Take care,
Miette.
