Welcome to the forums! Apologies, Chatty Tuesday wasn't run yesterday due to personal leave but you have definitely come to the right place to have a chat with other people going through the same as you in relation to gambling. I wonder if you have tried any software to block gambling on your phone and computer such as Gamban or if you have heard or would be interested in trying out self-exclusion from venues?
Another thing you can try out in the forums is the 100 Day Challenge.

I’m doing ok, I have a bit of a rough time the past few weeks, but I’m soldiering on ok.

Thank you so much for always being there for me while I completed my journey, it’s been very much appreciated.

I don’t come on here too often nowadays, aside from chatty Tuesday’s, but I will say, I will miss our conversations.
