    So close to 1 year 😲😲

    Getting a lot easier now. So happy I stopped having a bet. Was getting out of control.

    Very proud of myself.

    1 year today!!

    As of around 6pm today it has been 365 days since I have had any kind of bet/punt.

    I feel so proud of myself. It has been very tough especially at the beginning.

    I know I dont want to even have a little bet because it could all start again so Its a total ban for life for me and my addictive ways.

    Anyway thank you to everyone on here for your kind words and support and it us onwards and upwards into year no2 👍
