    I am on day 20 and i am tentatively venturing onto this forum .i feel like i am shakily standing on an ice rink and learning to skate.i am over my regret and tg e urges are beginning however i am used to that as i have been here before so i realise how easy it is to slip and fall so thought i would post and say hi to you all

    Day 20 is so good, almost 3 weeks! Keep focused and you can do it, this forum has helped me so much:)
