You've gone through a terrible time. I hope you are ok.
That awful sick feeling of huge losses is crippling but you will get back on track and surprisingly you'll see improvement quite soon if you accept you will always put back in any wins and you'll never win enough to stop.
I'm on Day 12 but have stopped before for a couple of years before relapsing.
Firstly I began by limiting access to cash. No card either if you're out on your own. Tell your mates not to lend you $'s.
Keep busy - which you sound like you are but try to plan something else in advance of when you would gamble.
This is the hardest as time & boredom combined with money is trouble.
Tell yourself if you keep doing the same thing you'll get the same result

If gamblers were winners Las Vegas would still be a desert.
Take care, be kind to yourself. You're not to blame - the industry is designed to legally steal our money.
Keep your hard-earned $'s safe with someone you trust. I used to leave my card at work over the weekend.
Hard to do but otherwise I would clean it out at venues then overdraw..., then payday loans, and go to pawnbrokers to sell stuff etc.
Worked hard just to support a useless, time-wasting habit.
Keep reading people's experiences and you will have something to connect to here rather than the tables.
All the best...
