    Hi Robert,

Great effort and great results for you these past six weeks! It must feel so good to have no debts :)

Looking at your earlier posts, I see that you stopped gambling before. Are you still tempted to go to the Pokies? If you walk past a venue, how do you feel? You have listed some good strategies to reduce the risk of having money available for gambling - well done on putting those into practice.

You mentioned some of your wins in your earlier posts. What about losses of money - did you have some significant ones?

    Keep up the good work,
    Susan

    Hi Robert,

You must be approaching the 6 month mark in a week or so, and I'm wondering how you're going with it all? Your last post ended with the idea of acceptance of what has been lost: not an easy thing, but absolutely essential.

Look forward to hearing how you're going.
