Good morning all! Happy Saturday! I hope it's a bit less wild and windy where you all are!
This week I've been thinking a lot about how negative emotions and situations can lead to positive changes and really guide our motivation. There have been a few situations recently which have been pretty difficult to deal with and have impacted me negatively in a number of ways. It hasn't been ideal, however, it has motivated me to seek more change and work out what I need/want to do to improve things. By being faced with crappy situations I now have a clearer idea of things I want to work towards and how I want my life to look!
I know a lot of people here will understand how negative situations can allow for positive growth!

Re: Turning the negative into positive
Hi all, it's been a while since the last time we had a discussion about turning the negative into positive, so I thought I can share some of my thoughts and invite you all to share what's in your midn.
Recently, I have been quite busy by all the things happening in my life. Sometimes everything feel so overwhelming. But it is because of these moments, that make me appretiate all the little free time I have as well as the support my partner has given me.
Sometimes things can feel hard at the moment. When that happened, it means it's time for you to take a pause, take a deep breath. Look at the things that are troubling you and put them in order of their priority. This way, it's clear what's more urgent and make you feel more ready to solve them one by one. And don't forget to reach out when you feel like you could need some help or even just a hug.
What about you?
