    100 Day Challenge

    Sun Apr 18, 2021 4:22 pm

    I’ve been on here before. It was three years ago and I said I wanted to quit. Well I’m now 23 and still am chucking thousands down the drain. I have 2 houses and a fair bit In the bank, but I can see myself throwing it all away. I’m going to do the 100 day challenge and make it a better lifestyle!

    Hi @lachlan97

    Welcome back, it’s good to see you here again! :);

    Congratulations on having the courage to admit to yourself where the path that you have been taking will lead you. For most people, addictions aren’t overcome from night to dawn. It’s usually a process, and many people start over many times. However, each time you start over you’re doing it from a point of more maturity, knowledge and experience.

    When are you starting your 100 days challenge?

    I know the weekends can be the toughest temptation moment of the week. You can join us on Saturdays to participate in our new alternating activities “Turning the negative into positive”/”3 things to look forward to” and on Sunday for “Share your favourite quotes”/”Today I’m grateful for...”. Hopefully, these will help you connect with other members, keep you focused on your goal, and motivated to achieve it.

    Please keep us posted on how you’re going with your 100 days challenge. The forum helps many as a way to keep themselves accountable, and you can also benefit from the advice of other members that have gone through the same.

    Looking forward to hearing more from you soon,
