Hey @JB-nsw just checking in to see how you are travelling - it's been a while and you were making leaps and bounds with curbing your gambling - it is a process though, isn't it - a bit of two steps forward and one step back and maybe relapsing and then not gambling again - what are your plans for the weekend and what has helped you so far - be great to hear from you :)
