Hi. It can be done.
Somethings in life are impossible.
Quitting Gambling is not .
Quitting gambling might be the hardest thing you ever do in your life.
Losing money and feeling like crap is one thing.
The addiction to all the visual and sounds, thoughts of riches, makes us act like a spoil child, that needs constant and instant attention.
That pretty much sums up who I was.
Hang in there..

HELLLLOOOOO
Day 485. Feeling okay. I’m approaching my 29th birthday and honestly the older I get the more I realise how behind I am in life. I try not to think about the past because that can trigger me but damn its annoying how much this set me back!
Hope everyone is okay

Hi JC,
Its Sherpa09 here (one of the moderators on the forum). Well done on 485 days gambling free! It can be difficult sometimes when we reflect on negative past actions. However, if we can remain present in the moment and take positive action, it can keep us grounded to take care of what's most important, including ourselves. Well done again JC and look forward to your future posts.
