    Today I spent the day with my elderly grandparents and we went to the club for lunch, we sat in the lounge area, where they played some keno.
    Surprisingly I was not at all tempted to play. From where we sat, I could see the gaming room and I couldn't help but notice how entranced most of the people playing them looked as they continued to feed these horrible machines.
    Today is day 86 and just 2 weeks off completing this 100 day challenge
    I am not saying I am cured of this addiction, but it is definitely getting easier as time goes on.

    How fantastic you have got to a point where you can objectively observe the gaming room without being tempted to go in @jessm86
    Big pat on the back for you to be able to do that!

    Last Friday night I was out at the club celebrating a family members birthday, when my sister in law asked me to join her outside for a cigarette. I followed her out towards the outside gaming room, then paused. I had left my wallet in my bag back at the table and only had my smokes in my hand. I told her I would be out there in a few seconds and returned to retrieve my wallet. I did this deliberately as I know there will be times in the future when I will be put in these tempting situations and I needed to see if I was strong enough to resist the urge. I returned to the gaming room, had my smoke and watched as she, and many others, slapped away. I then returned to the table to join the rest of my family.
    Today is day 100 and a huge milestone in my journey
    For me to be able to walk into that room last week with money in my hand and not put a dollar in is a far bigger win
    Thank you all for your support over the last few months and I will keep you all updated as for me this is just the beginning :); :); :);
