    Hi Bianca

Your first step had been to acknowledge that gambling is a problem and causes undue distress in your life.

Steer determination to stay away from the venues or if its online gambling delete and block all gambling apps ... is the next step.

Read the many stories on the forum. Having restricted access to money is one way to go about it.... restructure your fianances / banking ... carry only enough cash for the day ... You will find / work out what s best for you!

All the best on your journey

    hi @Bianca101

    Welcome to the forum.

In regards to your debt, you could try the National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007, they can provide financial debt advice on how best to pay your debts and possibly assist with refinancing your loans.

I hope this helps, please let us know how you are going.

    Take care
