Well I am winning, because my pay is in tomorrow and it's all ready to go straight out on bills before I can even touch it, my husband is already wondering why there is money in the account now??

Today I had 3 hours in between appointments to fill, a BIG danger area for me - so I went to a big shopping centre, had a lovely lunch, bought my son a present then had a foot and neck massage, then went to the next appt and then home!! What a win!

I've had dreams like that, where you end up doing what you've been striving not to do. I reckon it can let you experience the feelings of breaking your abstinence and remind you what it would be like. Hopefully it can give you that extra motivation to stop you breaking it for real.

Gamble free for over 5 years. I have a dream every so often that I have put a couple dollars in a pokie.
In real life no real interest in gambling, which I would never thought would be possible.
What is my advice Keep up the fight, you can do some amazing things if you really try hard.
The mind can become used to other activities, and push the gambling monkey out of the first place and way beyound
