    Hi everyone.

Usually I will check in, and see new members.

Some I get to know, some I don't.

Makes me feel bad at times, that I can't keep track of everyone.

I look at it from a third party view at times.

I see a new name,,,,,,,,,,, and I think that person is another version of ME

Has a gambling problem that is messing up their life. Wondering will I be able to get a grip on my gambling addiction.

And all the other , underlying problems that go with it... Does anyone care ? Does anyone understand ? I am so lonely ,bored and depressed.

What the hell can I do?

I guess balance in the answer.

The fact that we came here in the first place, was a positive thing.

Build on that, take baby steps if that is what works, see good for your efforts...The key word is YOUR efforts. Others can only gave us advice.

Personally sometimes I take the advice here and its always been positive when I did. But I still have chitty days.

But the best advice I have taken here is to HANG in there,,, and Keep on trying..
