Well done Maz for speaking up. That was so brave of you to let it all out with that information. It wouldve felt nice to get that off your chest because it definitely helped me. I am not in a relationship but sounds like you have a great connection with your partner. Im sure things will improve for you if you can stick to the task, the 100 day challenge is a great start. Although i fell away after day 5 ive had so much support from other users. Were in this together!

Thanks all, really appreciate the support ! Difficult times... I have actually signed up to an in person clinic at the hospital paid for by NSW gov, am on the wait list but looking forward to starting the sessions.

My issue really is continuously looking at the bank balance and realising I can meet my bills, but have nothing left to save so I try and make some money back, and then as you would know, the money goes faster that it’s made... any tips from your guys experience ?

Hi and good job with the hospital programme
As you know.you cant make the money back,the best way to save is by not gambling to start with
Don't check your bank account every day,its too depressing..lol
Take it one day at a time and those savings will begin to grow when you stop gambling
It all takes time and patience
