Not new here, just back after 5 years, glad to see these forums are still available to share stories and advice.

Since I have last been here things have only improved slightly, I still have bad relapses where I will go to the pokie room after work. COVID actually helped when all the pubs and clubs were shut. But now everything is back and so is my addiction.

Looking for any advice on how to break my addiction.
