    Hi DNG,
Well done on resisting the temptation. 3 days is great!

The temptations will NOT last for long. Keep busy and try Not to think too much about it.

Stay Strong! One day at a time.

I just want to say, it makes you depressed too when the gambling takes all you got. And when you see someone winning high & you got nothing, happened to me today & i’m very depressed. I’m in a vicious cycle too trying to recoup my losses even though I know it’s impossible. Today was horrible for me. I’m addicted to pokies & it just kept taking & taking off me & i’m not a big max better, yet it still took everything from me. I feel sick to my stomach, a hole I can’t seem to get out of. Every time I have any cash, I’m there & my bank always goes minus. I definitely need help too. I sometimes give people advice here because I know the damages it can do, yet I can’t seem to take my own advice & apply it to myself. I’m going to possibly call help line today.
