good morning everyone! it's time again to come together and share three things we're looking forward to! It's always nice to have something fun on the horizon, it can help keep our spirits up and remind us of the good things we're working towards!

    1. Getting back into the gym after some time off

    2. putting some new posters up in my flat

    3. my group call with my family overseas

    How about everyone else @yep123 @Kevcollingwood @spentitallagain @Starboy @AKA boy @Daisy-Lee @IP @smokey86

hi everyone! This week I'm looking forward to

    1. finishing the current book I'm reading! I got into a slump so it'll be good to get back into reading

    2. having some slightly warmer weather, it's totally freezing her in Melbourne!

    3. having some down time! It's been a busy few months and I feel like things will hopefully be slowing down a little bit in the near future.

how about everyone else? what are you looking forward to! It can be long term or short term

@Kevcollingwood Well done on making it til the 11th day!
It's nice to hear you have recovered well from the HA. Doing activities you enjoy is a good way to keep yourself feeling positive. Keep up all the good work!

@Printemps it’s good to be thankful of the little things I get that, I every day think myself lucky that I still have electricity and aren’t sleeping on the street. My life could be so much worse. I work with people with disabilities atm looking after a man that had a brain stem stroke, most people die from this ( if me I would of wanted to) he has immense struggles and challenges he’s brain works perfectly but he can’t move a limb, I feel guilty for struggling with this when there’s people like that wishing they were able like me!

@Rubi I commend you for the work you do. As you've pointed out this type of work can really out things into perspective for us and allow as to see the positive elements of our lives. :)

    Hi everyone.

I'll be back on day 1 as of tomorrow as I really stuffed up today....

3 things for me to look forward to

    1. Quality time with my little family and friends
    2. Saving money for a small family getaway
    3. Being proud of a clean house

These may seem little at the moment, but I need to take baby steps otherwise I know the likelihood of falling off the wagon again.

I hope everyone is achieving their goals that they have set :-)

@smokey86 They're three lovely things to be looking forward to! Baby steps are always the best approach, be gentle to yourself and remember you got this!

This week I'm looking forward to

    1. getting some artwork hung up on the walls in my flat! It's all feeling very bare so I'm hoping that makes it feel a bit more like home :)

    2. having coffee with a friend tomorrow morning, I have been sick for a week so it will be nice to see someone :)

    3. reading a new book I got ! I love biographies so I'm sticking with that theme :)
