Hi Guys this is just my personal opinion on signs of addiction and when to admit to yourself you have a problem. Please reply and add what you think aswell.
1.) You spend more money than you can afford.
2.) You walk away feeling depressed.
3.) You lie to loved ones about where you are or where you have been.
4.) You try find more money to spend, e.g borrowing from friends, taking out loans etc
5.) Whatever you are doing, you are not in the moment because you are thinking about gambling.
6.) You are always looking for more money to gamble.
7.) You try to chase your losses
8.) You start to think of criminal activities
9.) You are withdrawn from your loved ones.
10.) Gambling doesn't feel fun anymore.

Sorry for the delayed response! This is a great list, very insightful. Puts gambling into perspective.
