Hi all
Today's is my first day 1 of 100
I'm totally over the guilt and stress I feel over my addiction.
Fingers crossed it gets easier. My biggest hate is the mid week tension and anger over this addiction that consumes me demanding release.
My palm is to put all my focus on my creative art work and my partner.

Re: my first Day 1
My first day at being open about my gambling addiction. I can go for months without going to the pokies and then it creeps back in, and only when I loose a lot of money does the urge go away after I feel sick, and anxious and I feel shame

Hi @Betty B123 welcome to this forum!
I hope you will feel welcomed and understood, and get some useful tips and advice from other people here.
It is great that you opened up your gambling issue, which is a great first step for gambling free life.

Re: my first Day 1
Well after the past week in and out of the emergency department I was ready to go loose a bucket load of money. At that moment an email from an online craft store hit my email. Along with the sale items was a tutorial for a new craft idea for me....happy to say I put 1/5 of the money I would have lost to buying some new craft supplies. Yippee.
10 days free and counting thanks all for the boost.
