    Day 39 today.

    Going well, just staying strong trying to keep myself busy with work/exercise and other hobbies. Urges becoming less and less.

    Still have flashbacks of bad times on the punt and still in a fair bit of tax debt. But can’t dwell on these things.. one day at a time !

    It seems you know what works well for you, and glad to hear your urge is diminishing gradually.
    Yes you can only change the future, keep it going.

    Day 46 today

    Some strong urges over the last few days, I think being coupled with some of end of month financial pressures and shame about being in some serious tax debt..

    Trying to work hard through them, a lot of my flashbacks have been from the good times, I need to channel them out and remember the hurt from day 1

    I'm still in a much better position financially than even 45 days ago.. Just need to keep staying strong and keep chipping away at it..

    @spentitallagain those flashbacks to the happier times can be so deceiving, good on you for recognising how they're ticking you and taking steps to keep yourself grounded and remember the reality of the situation!

    Day 46 is so impressive! You should feel proud!

    Day 49 today,

    feeling pretty flat today being a monday.

    Still haven't gambled but struggling from a motivational perspective, pretty flat in general

    Just got to hang in there!
