Gambling Help Online Community Forum

I can't seem to get a handle on my online slot games. It's too convenient to stop. I have now deleted all apps that are involved and have done self exclusion to help my want to stop.
I feel it taking control of me and I just dont like that feeling.
I've lost way to much money on there and it's not helping my stress levels.
I cant seem to stop depositing money on it.
Hoping trying this 100 day challenge will help me in the right direction and help my problem.
I'm not sure what is my next step but hoping to work it out soon.
Let's see how I go.

Do you have some strategies in place to help when cravings or urges hit?

I'm just trying to keep myself busy. Working and trying not to think about gambling.
Deleted everything that reminds me off it helps.
So far so good.
