    @KAG I'm glad that I've been useful!

    It's great that you're able to share this with your husband! It is testament to your strength and determination that you're at this point, you've done really well and deserve to feel so proud in this moment! :o

    Is there any advice or tips you think might be useful for people who are just coming to this journey?

    Day 21 today and free again 👏🌻🥰

    Hi @Printemps I think my tips are

    1. believe in yourself that you can do!
    2. look out for your triggers if you know them do something else to distract you I know its easy to say but it does really work
    3. Use support here in the forums it helps keep me on track

    Day 24 and strong however day 22 played pokies BUT it was a budget of $50 and was with a friend I was not alone and walked away so a alot better than before

    Not the best move but I have controlled myself since as I am aware I could have gone backwards which I am not going to do

    I am back on track and I want this ❤️

    @KAG There are ups and downs throughout recovery, and it sound like you were able to control yourself and were as sensible as possible. A lapse like this is also incredibly common during recovery so don't be too hard on yourself. As you've said you recognise it wasn't for the best, you're back on track now and have the determination to stay focused.

    How's your week going thus far?
