My Day 1.... again

I worked so hard and did so well last year, predominately with the support of this group.

Yet here i am back again on my Day 1. I cannot believe i let this thing back in and consume so much.

Here we go once again - Day 1. Unbelivable

I’m sorry to hear that.., It is the game called “I’m an addict “ ... I have also “fallen” the other day. It’s hard to get up again.
I don’t want to burden (again) my beautiful wife. I hate myself for not being able to control my self. I’m sad
I’m determined to break the cycle
