    Day 7 second 100 day challenge. Pleased got over my last relapse. New year. Swam 1000 metres yesterday. Achievement. Felt fabulous. Training today and coffee morning. Relaxing and opening out to my life.😁

    Tired yesterday, triggers, pissed off and then gave in and wandered off and again got carried away. Was not going to post as could see no point as failed again. Loads of issues to the surface. Third time in 120 days. So starting yet again. If at first u don’t succeed try and try again.

    Hi Squeaky,

    Sherpa09 here, (one of the moderators on the forum). It can be discouraging when you have a relapse, however if we can look at relapses as a learning experience rather than a failure, it can help change our perspective for the better. When we learn a bit about why we may have relapsed, we then know how to better prepare ourselves to prevent another one.
