Hey @Kevcollingwood !

Congratulations on 19 days! Have you made it to 21 days today?

It sounds like you're doing really well! What's your secret?

@HelpfulBee you have to learn to β€œhate” [cannot tone this down] it, get the hate from every single time it has hurts you, example - you waste $1500 and the go looking for the cheapest bread to buy! You ruin every holiday and Christmas, instead of buying Christmas presents, you blow it at the casino, you have to HATE it so bad.

Hi @Kevcollingwood ,

I just joined today after 20 years of an agonising gambling addiction. My day 1 of 100 starts tomorrow. Hopefully you keep going with your 100 days gamble free πŸ‘πŸ»

@Spartan you got this, one day at a time, and if that is too hard at the start, one hour at a time.

29 days today GF, I like 9s, alway been a numbers man, it has what has got me into so much trouble, reflecting on the past I can not believe I played $60 advanced keno games every 2 minutes, it is computerised, yet I still thought I could beat it.
When I did have a win and could leave with my money back and my self respect, I choose to keep playing until it was all gone. I know I am not by myself here!
Why do we do it?

God grant us the serenity to accept the things we cannot change, courage to change the things we can, and wisdom to know the difference.

I wish each person on here success for the week ahead.

Good work @Kevcollingwood
29 days is amazing. I like what you said to @Spartan about doing one day at a time or one hour at a time - breaks it up into more manageable pieces!

@Spartan - how is it going this week?
