@Calvin (facilitator) still battling, do well for a week, then the demons come out to play, thanks for the concern, will keep trying.

It can take some time to find your feet with it. Breaking any type of habit can be difficult, but as time goes on and by finding more strategies to use it can get easier along the way.

@Calvin (facilitator) not good, had a shocker, getting ready to kick 2021 off gamble free, I am tired, worn out, it has drained me mentally, need too do 100 badly, will be back.

Great to hear the grit, despite the recent difficulty. Some would say the present is only a result of the past temporarily. After that you make 2021 the year of change, the year you idealise. Goodluck.

Day 8 already, can not lie that I don’t think of gambling daily, got this disease beat for 8 days, why not 80, 1 day at a time, don’t try to rush, enjoy the ride, minute by minute, I hate you as much today as I did on the first day, get out of my life.
