    Hobbies help.

    Mon Nov 19, 2018 5:34 pm

    Really struggling with hobbies.
November 23 will be 50 days with some slips. But really not sure if after that I will be able to cope much longer
As I’m dealing with my health and isolation and no work and abusive relationship trauma of 4 years.

    Hi Earth,

Sounds like there is a few things going on for you at the moment.
Its completely normal to have some slip ups along the way, whats important is realizing what caused those slip ups and then trying to avoid them in the future.

If you need further support for other issues you have going on, it may be useful to find a psychologist to support you specifically with the relationship issue https://www.psychology.org.au/Find-a-Psychologist

    Kind regards,

    Hi Earth,

How are you doing? Come up with any hobbies.
Gym? Great for the mind body and soul..
    Join a team sport?

How is the relationship going? Or was this a previous relationship? Are you still in this abusive relationship? If so can you get out of it? Prob easier said than done.

You are definitely worthy of a partner who does not hurt you, either physically or emotionally.
Lots of people here for support
