Taking one day at a time is best. Too many times, our goals in life are too broad or too grand, so we end up falling at the first hirdle. Ive said ‘I'm never betting again in my life' so many times that the phrase is meaningless. Ill take it a day a time from now.

Day 30! 20 days no smokes! Things have been going great until today! Such a fkn stressful night! Wanted a smoke also this arvo, but im determined not to break on anything no matter how stressed I get!
Just love it when a loved one threatens to kill themselves. But nothing new. Such a fking nightmare again.

Hi Tara, you are going so well. Keep strong with your GF days.
Can't believe your off the cigarettes at the same time well done. I took vitamins when I was giving up smoking and it helped regulate my mood swings from nicotine withdrawal if that's any help.
Have a great weekend 😊
