perhaps .. perhaps! life is full of surprises.

I found that sometimes I fill with some sort of energy...that makes me kind of frisky and I need to do something physical to rid of it. The other day I felt it and couldn't concentrate on my study so I grabbed the pitch folk and dug up my neighbours garden... as she had been telling me for weeks that she wanted to dig it up. l felt sore but good afterwards and relaxed enough to do some reading,

Thanks Mona thats sounds like a good idea. My kids love baking as well and we always seem to end up with very unusal coloured icing lol.
My husband is trying to help me think of different things to do over the weekends. Bless him he has asked if i will ever have an addiction to housework. Haahaa

Thanks ladies,
Had a really good day today. Took my kids out this morning and met up with friends and the kids ran themselves ragged. It was funny because my husband was trying to give me extra cash for coffee and such while i was out but i knew my $20 would cover it so i said no.
Then used my store card on the way home and got a few groceries and snacks and we had a family movie afternoon.
I have $2 left until Tuesday when i get my allowance again and can't believe how unconcerned i feel at the moment.
Tomorrow may be different because Sunday afternoon is always my favorite time to play.
But day 8 GF and i am feeling better 😊

It will get better. This is where we realise what it means of all the mental effort we put in. I had not realised the impact it had physically until the actual experience. Be on your guard...

Well done on 7 days!

Well about to head off to bed so can safely say that is one week done and dusted. Truthfully feel terrible, mentally drained. Hopefully this will start to change eventually

Thanks Cazza,

When I found the forum I was really positive that l would make it this time after years of trying to quit on my own. So many inspirational stories gave me the strength to fight through it.
