    Insane and anxious and sick

    Thu Mar 15, 2018 12:43 am

I really want to try this challenge.

No idea how or if I can.

    A bad relationship retriggered gambling.

Unhealed wounds retrigger I don't know who I am anymore.

I have nothing and that when I don't gamble..

Do I ban from the gambling section
I always go back no matter what.

Does anyone know what the heck is going on...
    Ima good person ...
Let the withdrawal symptoms begin just lost everything and no money for ages
    I'm broke and in debt.

There is no cure or solution.
Even the smoke smell from people triggers things.

How are you feeling this morning? There are things we can do for ourselves. I spent yesterday, my day one (I've had many), reading through lots of posts on here. Heaps of strategies we can try. Lots of inspiring recovery tales, too.

    Hi Earth,

sign up for the challenge on the website. Even if you relapse record it on your blog, that way you can see how well or badly you have been going.

I would definitely recommend chatting to an online Councillor on the Gambling help online page about your current situation. We all have triggers that bring on urges to gamble, but there are strategies to beating those urges.

There's also a lot of great tools on the GHO page to help you out.

    Stay strong
