Congratulations on making a constructive use of your money by paying off the loans. It may be a tight fortnight but that should make you feel proud to have done the right thing. Keep going - you are doing great.

    Thank you DFP,
Day 1 today, I gambled twice. Once on payday, and yesterday. I had paid off two payday loans. But took two more out and have gambled those. $80 for the fortnight and more bills that will go unpaid .

Sick of this, but also numb to it, I'm not feeling rock bottom. I guess I'm just used to it.

I'm so sick of it, too & really doubting my capacity to overcome this. I've just read your whole thread & there are some really wonderful comments in there. Determined not to let my feelings guide my actions. Hopefully tomorrow will be day 2 instead of another day 1.

G'day Little Fish, I hope you are going well. And have made it through day 1!!

I am on day 6. I am avoiding social activities as I dont have any money. Payday is this Thursday, and again most of my pay will go straight away by payday loans, and some of my credit card and personal loans.
