Thank you all so very much for post responses.
They are very helpful. A new week begins day 9
GF. I know my head space would be very different this morning if I had gambled it would be full of guilt , sleeplessness, not eating , tears, anxiety . But this morning it's filled with hope . Today I will not gamble.

    Well done Peapod.

It is hard to let go of the destructive negative thoughts ... not that we really should but we should allocate them only a small limited time... as reminder.

Thinking good positive encouraging inspirational thoughts is hard to do... We need to learn to love and take care of ourselves amid the chaos life brings...thIs too is not easy at first BUT It is a good habit to practice. I feel silly at times the things I do ... but it makes me happy and its addictive for some reason. I now can't seem to go a day without doing some physical jumping around.

Stay strong and be proud of you!
