HELLO!
Just an update that I'm still gambling free.
Not going to lie, lately I see an influx of gambling ads, EVERYWHERE. It really is ridiculous how ubiquitous these ads are. From the World Cup games, to even just browing the ESPN app (they now show gambling point spreads/totals so I had to delete that app). I still to this day get an SMS message every week or so from some gambling company. I can't block SMS texts only calls! I even have gambling accounts follow my personal instagram. It really is ridiculous. However, in the midst of all that, I'm still going strong.
The hardest part is, you have to be on your guard 24/7, because one slip up can undo so much hard work! It's annoying having to watch people enjoy their social gambling too, many times people ask me to join, but as the saying goes 'one bet is too much and a thousand bets are not enough'.

Enough is enough for me...I have a wonderful life except for gambling. I can relate to everything people are saying here...I am so tired of the guilt and the lies. If I don't stop I am going to ruin everything I have.

@BOOKER1976 I completely know how you feel mate. I recently admitted my secret to a couple of people and it has been such an amazing feeling to lift that weight off my shoulders. I have had enough. I am a non-gambler now. How are you going mate?
