    Good on ya bro,

I love the gallops as well mate it's tough especially when you love a Saturday race. I've found it hard myself even putting one bet on. The YouTube videos of David Schwarz, fev and a few others have helped me. Schwarz books a holiday every spring carnival... This will be the first year for me not betting on the Melbourne cup!! Try to hold out until then but if you do bet on the race try to only bet small haha! Good luck mate

Thanks Spentitallagain, I will make it a small bet but pokies are my main game. Or shall I say ex game! Great idea to take a holiday while the race is on though!

Hi Tim Tam no it's not the first time but I am hoping it will be the last. I have self excluded before and returned to the casino while being self excluded. I had counselling got the ban lifted and started the same crap again. I didn't want to self exclude this time I wasn't ready but feel I have no option now.

Abstinence might be the way to go

But if you can control yourself and limit yourself to one bet here and there, go for it :); Every body is different

20 days no gambling drove past a poke place and started thinking about it, been tempted a few times but have too many bills I guess the real temptation will be when I am cashed up.
