Well today I would have completed my 100 days if I didn’t stuff up so many times but I think my brain is finally starting to get the no gambling , seems like it’s getting easier so hopefully stays that way . I am not at 21 days of no gambling and determined to go all the way . Mongoose

It’s now 60 days since my last stuff up but determined to go all the way this time so so hard fighting back these urges but with my new budget in place and no cards makes it a little easier , it’s so nice to come on here and no that your not the only one fighting this battle and words of encouragement are great ??

    Good on you Mongoose !
These slip ups are totally normal and is part of the process.
It is helpful to look back at those times and see what you can learn from them by evaluating what caused the lapse, that way you can better prevent it in the future.

    Keep up the great work!

    Regards,

    Calvin.

Hey Mongoose just wanted to check in and see how things are going this week for you?

It's so great to hear that you feel like things are getting a little easier, especially with those strategies in place.

Thanks Calvin Pamela and Britt it will be 75 days tomorrow since my last relapse , urges are still there but I try and get them out of my head quite quickly now . Staying strong taking up karate again has really helped take my mind off gambling and still seeing my counsellor every fortnight who has been fantastic so looks like there is hope yet . Mongoose
