Come on FG, you can do this. If you can not gamble for 5 days because you have no money then you can stop altogether. Tell someone, get help, give your money and cards to someone you trust. Don’t give in. Give those pokies a big fat f&&k off. Same to the tab. Get out of those venues. U CAN DO IT.. Call the helpline, cry, scream, do anything and everything that you need to. Stay on this forum all day and night if necessary. Tell those soul sucking machine to piss off and leave you alone..best wishes and just do it one day at a time...

You will be stronger next time.

Feel **** , day eight bust

No idea why I had that first bet , I knew it was going to end like this , I knew I was going to end up with an empty wallet and yet I still went ahead and did it . Now I’m broke yet again and all it took was one hour of frantic panicky gambling started at the tab then the pokies and then drove the nail in to the coffin back at the tab . I will be gamble free now for at least five days until I get paid and then I will give this another go . F#@$%# F-%#$&@ and F%-#$@* . I was feeling pretty good about myself until now . Another F@#$&%- for good measure .
