    How did you finish up? Can definitely relate to your comment on pleasure centre being stuffed up. Gambling seem to ruin other pleasant experiences. Maybe because you loathe yourself after the losses. I'm learning wothout the losses there are less negative thoughts. Hopefully I enjoy the spare time I've freed up, early days yet but I'm hoping the motivation to quit remains
