Well today I would have completed my 100 days if I didn’t stuff up so many times but I think my brain is finally starting to get the no gambling , seems like it’s getting easier so hopefully stays that way . I am not at 21 days of no gambling and determined to go all the way . Mongoose

Hi mongoose is your weekend going?
I haven't gone to a GA meeting either, but i didn't want to go out of the house much in the early days. I did talk about it with my husband, and said it may be something i wanted to do.
I found that when I was reading or talking about it started triggering me. So decided that it might not be good for me personally.
But everyone is different and if your doctor has recommended going maybe they feel in might benefit your recovery.
I figure if the tools are at our disposal lets utilize them

I've never been to GA meetings... l did used to go to AA meetings in the early years of sobriety.. l stopped because I moved.

And yes I would recommend you go to meetings if you can.
