Very heartwarming ...

Nothing has really changed ... its amazing how things look different when you feel good within.

Hi folks, a busy busy day but i am not complaining at all. There are so many things to learn and do in life once you get some freedom from the monsters. We made sushi tonight: lots of fun, super easy and really cheap. Have agood night evryone

Yes it is really nice just to get back into life. The evenings feel calm. Even food tastes better!

Hi everyone, feeling awful today. I had a slip up yesterday and feel so horrible and anxious. I have learnt 2 things

1. Thought i could manage access to cash. Obviously not but that is ok. I have handed back to hubby and if it needs to stay that way forever so be it.
2. Complacency with this addiction is heading for a fall. I need to be mindful that is always there doing push ups waiting for me.

Feel so embarrassed and such a failure to come back here and let everyone know i lapsed.

Anyway i hope everyone is having a good day. I do know i will never stop trying no matter how many times i fail it wont defeat me.

Thanks pamela and mona,

Just dissapointed as i felt i was in recovery ( never cured). It has definitely impacted me emotionally, but on wards and upwards. No one ever said this was easy. Cant dwell on the slip or i will go crazy... welll crazier really lol

Hi everyone,

Day 2 today... i feel upset and flat.

My husband has been seeing a counsellour for some other issues but apparently my addiction come up in conversation today. I don,t have any issues with that at all but the counsellour has told him to leave me. Dont kn ow the full context of the discussion but feel gutted.

I guess if he feels that is the right thing for him to do then thats his choice.

Bye for now
