94 days today. Getting close to my first goal but will immediately continue - as the fight never stops. Potential danger next week, with going away again with work. I'll have my safeguards and strategies in place so should be OK. All the best to all on this journey. Worth the fight as the benefits are massive!

Today is day 100 of being in control. A milestone, but not the end, as this journey of staying quit never ends.

Over the past 100 days I have spent money on things I enjoy or on things for my family. I have also spent time on things I enjoy, rediscovering the real me.

Despite it clearly working and being a good thing, I still have the inner gambling voice trying to convince me 'it's just a bit if fun, you can control yourself these days". The strategies continue - they are working. Now for the next 100 days of being in control.

Best wishes to all on this never ending journey. It's a good continuing journey to be the real me.

Well done on reaching 100 days. I wish I could say I have reached this milestone. The best I have ever done is 70 days before I have stuffed it. One day I too will be 100 days gamble free. Day 6 today. Only 94 days to go.

Hi Catherine. Keep on giving up. I've been giving up for years, and understand only too well the urges. The fight never stops.
I found limiting access to cash as being the most important strategy - that way, if I did get an urge I could not resist then I'd only lose a few dollars, as opposed to thousands if I had my ATM card etc.
Keep going and stay strong.

Congratulations on 100 days GF!

I am so glad that you have accomplished your first goal!

I have enjoyed keeping up with your journey along the way. It seems so long ago when we were both getting to 10 days and then 20 days.

Remain strong and keep all the barriers in place.
