Mona well done 90 days that's awesome
I will always be an addict but for 2 days I was not a practicing one.
Been shopping and bought things I need an want. Usually when I do that I convince myself I don't need stuff or can't afford them.
But today it just felt great and I was excited and felt a sense of accomplishment.

Great work Mona,

And great work Tony. That sense of accomplishment you get when you spend you money on something other than gambling is one of the best motivators.

Keep focusing on the positives of abstinence and you will make some big changes to your gambling.

Keep up the good work.

I will always be a gambling addict who can't stop. I'm getting better and don't need to gamble every day. I will quit completely and go shopping when I get a craving or spare time.
Every time I gamble I loose eventually, but if I don't gamble I win every time. Seems like a self evident proposition!

Everyday I don't gamble I start a new positive habit .
Every time I don't gamble I win, 100% of the time. That's what I have always chased as a gambler "constant wins"
Stay strong those who want to quit.

Well done Tony, don’t give your money to those blood sucking machines..they are soul destroying and you don’t need them....

Stay home for the win 😀

Every day I don't gamble I win, limit cash and spare time. When I get the urge I will go shopping.
