I will always be a gambling addict, I have had urges for 2 days , they never fully go away no matter how many days I don't gamble.
I will buy things I want and keep away from venues.

Well done Tony!

They will go away ... Channel your thoughts to those things you want to buy and your caravan!

Stay strong-.. don't give in to those pesky urges.

Mona in day 67.

I'm an addict I either loose money and chase it, or win money and loose it again. My numbers never come up and I never win the jack pot, but I still think the odds will change, or its my day to win. I realise II always think that, and it always is not the case. I'm a smart guy who has to finally admitt I can't beat gambling. Just like the smoker with cancer "it's time to quit, a little bit is not an option"

Well done to those who are not gambling. Keep trying to those of us who are still trying to quit.
I will always be an addict, I will always spend too much, and always win too little. It's the cycle, I will find other places to escape like shopping malls. I know no matter how many days I don't gamble, when I start it won't stop at $50.

I will always be a gambling addict. It's just whether I'm doing it or not doing it. Next time I want to gamble I'm going shopping for a new work lock knife.
