WoW just did the same re-read the whole thread. We've come a long way in a year.

Im SO happy I didnt bet on Melb cup as i was tempted about because I surely wouldve regretted it... Id only just be getting to day 100 now if at all because it could have got me back on the betting merry go round. Now Im over a year and loving it.

I remember Easter being tough because of the downtime but now I know you surround yourself with support and its all good.

My main mate who Id bet/drink with has since moved back to the UK and while I miss him I have hardly been back to the pub and have also lost over 10kgs since the year started.

Overall things are a lot better but need to stay alert and not give in. Do not want to go back to day 1.

P.s. i wonder how Moon is doing?

Thanks again. All the best.

Day 401

Got rid of foxtel few weeks ago and now very rarely even watch the horses or nowhere near as much AFL. Slowly weening off the whole thing.

Wanna start reading (i know that sounds weird but everyone i speak to gets a lot out of it) So i can use spare time just kicking back with a book.

Anyway keep up the good work everyone
