Seeking input - VIC gamblers /family or friends - CQ Uni

Postby Neve [admin] » Wed Mar 18, 2015 10:32 am

CQUniversity researchers are keen to chat with Victorians who either gamble, or are the family and friends of people who gamble for recreation across any of the major outlets including Sportsbet, online poker, the TAB, keno, the pokies and others.

Seeking input across the spectrum- from those who are recreational gamblers to people experiencing problems with gambling. Also welcomed is input from family and friends of those who gamble to better understand any negative consequences.

Interviews would take around 30 minutes and can be done on the phone or via Skype. Interviews are confidential and your anonymity is guaranteed.

The interviews are part of an early stage of a project funded by the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation. The research has ethical approval.

If you are willing to be interviewed or would just like more information, you can contact Erika Langham via email e.langham@cqu.edu.au
